On the website www.asteroid-agency.com, there are two types of data that may be collected:
Data transmitted directly - This data is that which you provide directly to us, via WhatsApp or our Calendly appointment scheduling module. For WhatsApp, the “telephone number” is mandatory, for Calendly “Name” and “Email” are required.
Use of Data - The data you provide directly are used for the purpose of contacting you and/or as part of the request you make. These data are used by ASTEROID, the data controller, and will never be ceded to a third party nor used for other purposes than those detailed above.
Legal Basis - Personal data is only collected after the user’s mandatory consent. This consent is validly collected (buttons), free, clear, and unequivocal. The personal data that may be collected are as follows: user account data: first name, last name, email, phone number.
Data Retention - Data will be stored for a maximum duration of 3 years.
Cookies - No cookies are collected on the ASTEROID websites. Should this change, a new Privacy Policy will be published online with a list of the cookies used and their purposes.
Your Rights Regarding Personal Data - You have the right to access, request modification or deletion of all your personal data. You may also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.
